What we collect

Muslim Calendar (muslimcalendar.in) does not require an account and does not collect personal information to show you the Hijri calendar or upcoming Islamic events.

Location, for prayer times only

If you tap "Use my location," your browser asks permission to share your coordinates. Those coordinates are sent directly from your browser to the Aladhan prayer-times API to calculate times for your area — they are not stored on our servers, logged, or linked to you in any way. If you decline or your browser doesn't support location, we show prayer times for Mecca instead.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently set tracking cookies or use third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what's collected and why.

Third-party services

Prayer time calculations are provided by the Aladhan API. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Both may log standard technical information such as IP address as part of normal web infrastructure, governed by their own privacy policies.

Children's privacy

This site is a general-audience reference tool and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
